Lovely one-bedroom apartement located in the quiet complex "Gardenia" in Lazise, about 1.2 km from the centre of Lazise (15 minutes walking distance) and 1.5 km from the beach. The intimate apartment complex of only 8 units includes a shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a green area. The flat, classically furnished and warm, opens directly into the living area overlooking the swimming pool, which has got a small balcony furnished with table, chairs and sun awning. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette with small fridge with freezing compartment, electric oven, gas cooker and coffee machine. Sofa, wifi, TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom with shower box. The double bedroom, with access to the shaded terrace on the rear, has got a spacious wardrobe, a ceiling fan, a double bed and an additional armchair bed (recommended for children). Covered parking space in garage and cellar at disposal with washing machine and 2 bikes at guests disposal. Non-smoking flat, pets not allowed.
We recommend this flat to couples who are looking for cozy accommodation in a small context within easy reach of the historic centre of Lazise.
