Nice two-rooms apartment located in Lazise, about 1.2 km from the center (15 minutes by walking) and 1.5 km from the beach. The intimate "Gardenia Apartment Complex", composed by only 8 apartments, has got a swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large green area where you can relax in the hot summer days. The completely renewed apartment has got a cozy living area overlooking the swimming pool and terrace furnished with table, chairs and sun awning. The living room is furnished with a kitchenette with big fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, american coffee machine and espresso machine. Relax corner with satellite TV, free wifi, airconditioning, fan and a comfortable double sofa bed. Modern bathroom with shower box and hairdryer at guests disposal. Spacious closet to store your pantry. The double bedroom has got a spacious wardrobe and a canopy bed and it offers a direct access to the private shaded rear garden furnished with sun umbrella and deck chairs. Reserved parking space in the garage. Cellar with laundry and two bicycles at guests disposal. Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
