The apartment is located 7 minutes walking from San Zaccaria vaporetto stops, from which you can reach Piazzale Roma and the railway, and the Hospital and Fondamente Nove stops, from which you can easily reach any other destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido, and Marco Polo Airport. St. Mark's Square is reached in 12 minutes on foot and the Rialto Bridge in 9 minutes.
Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.

This is a large 40 sqm studio apartment on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning, sofa bed, LED TV, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
