Halfway between Santa Lucia train station and the Rialto Bridge, you will be close to the main historical and tourist attractions, with short walks.
When you wake up in the morning and open the windows, you can immerse yourself in the Venetian atmosphere admiring the canal, the palaces skimming the water and the typical boats passing in front of your eyes.
A few steps from the apartment there is a well-stocked supermarket if you want to dine in the privacy of your home, thanks to a fully functional and equipped kitchen, otherwise by crossing the Campo Santa Fosca bridge you reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and the Ormesini in 3 minutes with their surprising choice of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs and dinners.
It consists of a large living room, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom, it is perfect for couples or families with children.
The accommodation is on the first floor, with a lift, and has all the appliances that guests may need.
Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
