This apartment is located in the 'Centrale Mazzoni' condominium, a well-known architectural work for the recovery of the former thermal power plant, designed by the architect-engineer of the Ministry of Communications during the Fascist period between 1933 and 1937.
It is a spacious 80 sqm apartment with a livable terrace on the fourth floor with a lift.
It consists of a living area, a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning, a sofa bed, LED TV, WiFi, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia, from where you can reach Rialto, San Marco and the Lido with line 1.
To reach Marco Polo Airport, you can take the bus or a taxi from Piazzale Roma.
In addition, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the Guglie area, the Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio, where there are numerous high-quality and not very touristy bars and restaurants.
Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be requested.

Normally we would have coped without the tv but were from the UK and had hoped to watch the funeral for the queen which we struggled to do without wifi as well. When we arrived home I did email with my concerns regarding not being able to use the microwave and the poor quality bedding as two beds were pushed together with a sheet barely covering them and no mattress protector which meant the beds kept moving. I emailed, send a message through whats app but have never received a reply
