Holidaycasa Luke is a fantastic apartment on the beach of Sperlonga, completely with a sea view with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The designer interiors, the high-level finishes throughout the house combined with the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea give a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.

After walking and exploring the seafront of Sperlonga we reach the entrance of our accommodation, which like the whole house has a sea view. As soon as we enter we find ourselves in the living room from which we access the comfortable terrace with a romantic view of the sea, Torre Truglia, the old town with its white houses, and the magnificent San Felice which is the backdrop to beautiful sunsets.

The living area is divided into three areas, living room, kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need to have fun experimenting with Mediterranean-flavored dishes, and a comfortable sitting room that can accommodate two guests at night who will have at their disposal. Everything has been designed to optimize all the spaces so as to have the greatest possible comfort inside.
The other two bedrooms, always reachable from the living area, can accommodate 3 people between the double bedroom and the single bedroom.

Holidaycasa Luke offers its guests an air-conditioned environment, television, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen for each bedroom and towels with courtesy kit for the bathrooms.

This house is perfect for fully experiencing Sperlonga and the sea that is found as soon as you open the front door.
