Die Villa ist über etwa 50 Stufen von der Hauptstraße aus erreichbar, was gleichzeitig eine einfache Erreichbarkeit und eine ruhige, private Atmosphäre gewährleistet. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass Sie den Charme von Praiano in vollen Zügen genießen können, ohne lange Wege zurückzulegen. Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und ist Teil einer größeren Immobilie namens Casa Giorgia, verfügt jedoch über einen eigenen Eingang und private Außenbereiche. Villa Ecuba es una mezcla de comodidad, elegancia, colores y vistas. La solución perfecta para un grupo grande, que pretende compartir momentos de relajación y bienestar, sin renunciar a la privacidad adecuada y los espacios adecuados: consta de dos unidades completamente independientes (La Dimora di Euribia y Villa Euriclea), cada una con Acceso privado, aunque conectado en la zona del jardín. La reciente renovación de toda la unidad ha dado nueva vida a una de las propiedades históricas de Praiano: la elección de los muebles, desde los pisos hasta los muebles, recae en los colores típicos de la costa de Amalfi, acompañados de las impresionantes vistas al mar. La zona exterior de unos 100 metros cuadrados está completamente amueblada con dos zonas de estar, cómodas tumbonas, dos mesas de comedor y una zona de barbacoa. Toda la Villa disfruta, desde todos los rincones, de una vista infinita del mar y Capo di Conca. La ubicación de Villa Ecuba es una de las más ventajosas de Praiano: a pocos pasos de la Iglesia de San Luca, de los restaurantes más famosos, de la playa, de la parada de autobús, de los supermercados y del gimnasio. • Acceso a la sala de estar, con sofá cama doble y mesa para cuatro personas;
• Cocina totalmente equipada, con placa de inducción y lavavajillas;
• Habitación doble con vista al mar con acceso a la terraza;
• Baño adyacente;
• Dormitorio doble con acceso a la terraza delantera y baño ensuite.
Villa Ecuba se encuentra en el lado ESTE de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica, desde la que puede disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres. Para llegar a la propiedad desde el camino de entrada, debe caminar un camino de unos 50 metros y subir unos 40 escalones. Le recomendamos que llegue a nosotros con un conductor privado. En temporada alta es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento. El aparcamiento privado está disponible bajo petición por un suplemento y se encuentra a unos 500 metros del establecimiento. Recomendamos llegar hasta nosotros sin coche.

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward thanks to his clear instructions. We stayed in two units, both of which were fantastic. The apartments offer stunning views and are conveniently located near the main street and bus stop. We were pleasantly surprised to find toiletries provided, a rarity in many of the places we stayed in Italy. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walkless than 10 minutes by bus. We highly recommend this place, especially for large groupsfamilies.

The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll need for cooking olive oil spices…etc The house is well equipped in a very clean state and extremely comfortable beds, the house has few steps however the views and terrasses are just a dream. Francesco has responded to all our many questions helped settle and made sure we didn’t need anything, he has also organised a boat a car park and has made sure we were looked after in this gorgeous town. I’ll strongly advise to hire a scooter in order to explore the area. Thank you Francesco, we can not thank you enough for this outstanding service. .

He was very quick to answer and when our plans to get to the airbnb fell through, he was very quick to help us figure out a plan. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the outdoor area is perfect for tanning and eating a meal outside. The inside of the airbnb was spotless. It was very clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed including dish soap and a welcome basket! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever come back!

Many of the towns ring bells and Praiano does as well—every 15 minutes until 10pm and there are roosters nearby that alert you to the morning sun. Those audible annoyances aside, the unit was great

He also provided beach towels on request and was responsive to several maintenance issues. The location is close to Tutto per tutti, a grocery store, and a 10 min walk from the Via Roma Sita bus stop. Like anywhere in Praiano, the location requires some strenuous stair climbing to get around, especially to get to beaches. The plus side is that it’s less crowded, and we appreciated the quieter pace here in comparison to Positano and Amalfi.

We only had a few disappointments with the Villa and customer service. The TVs did works as advertised the entirety of our stay but once I notified the manager he worked hard to have service repaired. We really didn’t plan on watching any TV during over más

The TVs did works as advertised the entirety of our stay but once I notified the manager he worked hard to have service repaired. We really didn’t plan on watching any TV during our stay so it wasn’t a huge deal. Also the downstairs coffee maker wasn’t working and only one filter was available to make coffee. So we had to go out and buy filters after the coffee maker was replaced.Another issue was the bed comfort in the downstairs master bedroom. Worse mattress I’ve slept on in 10 years. For the price of this Villa I think that is unacceptable. Despite these issues… We were still charged an additional €15 for additional sets of towels. You’d think they would have given them complimentary after all the issues we had. Oh well.

Location in praiano is very good. Both houses are spacious. Bathrooms were clean and also very spacious. We would be back here. There are steps to get to this house but they are not that bad.

We absolutely loved our time here! Lovely views, lots of room, extremely clean and functional. Many cute features and a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. There is a shop just down the way for food and supplies, and a restaurant (good!) in short walking distance. Loved it and will return. Thank you!
